By using the services of Die Pienk Wasgoed Mandjie Laundry, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Die Pienk Wasgoed Mandjie Laundry will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other reactions caused by laundry detergents, fabric softeners, or any other cleaning chemicals used during the laundry process. Customers are responsible for informing us in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities.

Die Pienk Wasgoed Mandjie Laundry will not be held responsible for any damage to garments or items that existed prior to the laundry being handed over to us. This includes, but is not limited to worn fabric, loose buttons, weakened seams, colour fading or other pre-existing defects.

While we take every reasonable effort to remove stains and marks, we cannot guaranteed that all stains will be removed. Die Pienk Wasgoed Mandjie Laundry will not be held liable for stains, marks, burns, discoloration, or damage that cannot be removed or that were present when the items were brought to us.

All items are accepted at the customer’s own risk. Die Pienk Wasgoed Mandjie Laundry will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration of items while in our care.

Customers are responsible for checking their pockets and removing all personal items before handing over laundry. Die Pienk Wasgoed Mandjie Laundry will not be responsible for any personal belongings left in clothing or laundry bags.

By leaving your laundry with Die Pienk Wasgoed Mandjie Laundry, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
